One-On-One Personal Training
An average one-on-one training session lasts about 60 minutes. Resistance training, cardio training, functional training (all that stuff with balls, bands and boards), stretching, boxing and jumping rope are incorporated into a unique, creative and fun workout.
We generally move quickly with minimal rest periods so we can maximize your results and avoid wasting time.
This unique type of workout is fun, productive and time efficient. All exercises are tailored to your unique abilities and any injuries are taken into consideration to create a dynamic, tailored program to help you achieve your goals.
Virtual Personal Training
Virtual personal training has become the next fitness revolution. The Covid crisis has forced us to find alternative workouts outside conventional gyms and the results have been amazing. All we need is a small space in your home or the park, FaceTime or Zoom and your motivation! We can use whatever equipment you have, but none needed. Simple body weight exercises, calisthenics, yoga postures, etc. can give us a strong core, get us fit and keep us healthy. Starting is easy: You’ll just fill out a physical activity readiness questionnaire to make sure we structure a program that is safe and productive.
